About APREITA

The Andhra Pradesh Residential Educational Institutions Teachers’ Association (APREITA) was formed for the redressal of the problems of dedicated teachers working in APRE Institution. It is an undisputed fact that these prestigious institutions have been pioneers in the field of education which caters to the needs of SCs, STs. BCs and economically backward talent rural children of Andhra Pradesh. Since their inception, these outstanding institutions have been producing amazing results and have remained a feather in the cap of the Government in the field of education. We the teachers are proud to feel that these institutions have been an inspiration in starting Jawahar Navodaya Schools all over the country. Further, due to the untiring efforts of the teachers many students have become IAS, IPS officers, doctors, Engineers, Technocrats and beaurocrats in the Government and are rendering selfless service to the nation.

The APREITA has been striving hard for the welfare of the teachers and in the past, it ogranised several agitational programmes to get a number of justified demands of teachers solved. It also fought for the well being of the students.

Apart from agitating for the genuine demand of the teachers, it brought about awareness among teachers about the latest developments in education field by organizing seminars, conferences etc., both at regional and state levels

Besides, the association played an important role in strengthening the moral values of the teachers by fighting against corruption and nepotism. Furthermore the association is involved in social service activities duly denoting its might to the CM’s/PM’s Relief Fund in the event natural calamities

The Association is doing its best to upkeep the reputation of APREI society.
